Here’s the news:
We failed on our Kickstarter. However, we still want to do the show. We held a meeting last week and decided to put on an impressive, over-the-top one night show. The show should would be like three episodes with an over arching plot.
We’re still working out the details, including the date but tentatively we’re looking at July or August.

We’re into the final hours for the fundraising for The Time Traveling Troupe. One of my favorite writers, Neil Gaiman, (who also happens to have written an amazing episode for Doctor Who) tweeted this:
I can’t begin to tell you how happy this made me. This is a huge honor and I’m definitely going to send him a thank you gift.
In order to reach our goal, we basically need about 135 people to pledge for the $30 DVD. Tell your friends and get them to pledge. It’s been a dream/goal of mine to have professional DVDs/Blu-rays of something I’ve created. I can’t make them unless we reach our goal on Kickstarter.
The plan is to build the time machine on May 20th. We’re also going to film some prequel movies to promote the show and entertain everyone until the show’s premier. We got a ton of work ahead of us, but it’s going to be an amazing journey.
Thank you for your support.
With only four days to go and over $4,000 needed, it appears the Kickstater has failed.
But this is not the end!
I’ve created a special “Sponsors’ Package” that includes an amazing advertising package along with season tickets that I’m offering to businesses. We only need four businesses to buy the package. The funds will be used for renting the theatre space, insurance, and promotional materials. Cast and crew will be paid based on ticket sales. It’s a great Plan B.
If you are interested in sponsoring The Time Traveling Troupe, download the Sponsors’ Package.
In the meantime, construction on the time machine will begin soon along with some short prequel movies. Stay tuned!
